We become, what we consume.
And it’s very important to be aware of what we are watching and seeing.
Our mind cannot alter the difference between reality and dreaming.
Our mind is innately powerful to let us believe that we are who we are not.
1. NEGATIVE SELF TALK:
It ruins and breaks you.
Saying, “ I can’t do it”
You are firmly saying your mind you can't do it.
“I am not good enough”
You only feel, you are amazing & you deserve it, when you THINK that you are good enough to do anything.
IT'S YOU, WHO HAVE TO MAKE YOURSELF WORTHY NOBODY CAN MAKE YOU FEEL THAT.
2. BLAMING OTHER's :
It's easy to point on others and let them feel the pain even when they are not responsible of it.
Our life is our sole responsible : It's ;
NOT YOUR PARENTS
NOT YOUR PARTNER
NOT YOUR FRIENDS nor ANY OF THEM YOU MEET IN YOUR LIFE.
Don't make them responsible for the choices that you have made in your life. Take that risk of feeling vulnerable because of your mistake.
3. TAKING EVERYTHING FOR GRANTED:
THIS IS THE WORST HABIT THAT I HAD HAD, I used to take everything for granted. BUT now, I amended:
appreciating each and every person presence in our respective lives and letting them know that their presence means something to you is invaluable.
WE all need VALIDATION; that keeps the relations closer.
IF you have parents, you are damn lucky to be in their prayers.
IF you have friends, who genuinely feel happy for you, then you are damn lucky.
Appreciate everything you have and say THANK YOU, you may receive more.
4. PROCRASTINATION:
OH, it's a serious disease one could have ;
It makes you feel anxious and nervous if you haven't done what you need to.
This makes you fall out of routine.
For a human having a routine of chores to do and plans to act up on is seriously important.
Many people assume they are simply postponing tasks but nahhh, you are placing your mental peace in between.
People might go crazy by falling in a loophole of pleasure. Nothing in this world makes them interested in their life they just hopelessly exist.
One should have a routine for a healthy and peaceful life.
5. WORRYING ABOUT PAST OR FUTURE:
Existing in past makes you feel terrible or Existing in future makes you feel vulnerable instead why not live in present and be curious of your every move.
Past and future neither of them exists, so why live in them ??
Why not make peace with your past decisions and past. You did your best to live up on but some things will not work out even if you try.
Living in future makes you feel tense and you end up feeling like that's not what I want in my life. You tend to pick wrong decisions.
So,
Instead, live in present be involved in your life and carve it the way you feel like it.
YES, IT's the end………..
This are 5 tiny habits yet have immense impact in our lives.
MY ANSWER TO PAST WEEK QUESTION:
In this ever changing world, everything changes
our opinions on people
people feelings towards us
our perception of world
WHAT WE SEEK FROM THIS LIFE ?
Everything…
BUT ,
One thing that never changes is that the stand we have taken to react to those changes will never change. Our values no matter, what we like to have or be like we mould to fit in that value container.
