10 practices to introduce in 2023
1. Have a routine. Try to wake up and sleep at the same time in a day. This will give myriad benefits.
2. As soon as you wake up. Set intentions for the day. What you want to be the day look like.
3. Do not make a fuss. ( Try doing this for a week )
4. Start writing positive affirmations on a piece of paper and stick it to the wall. Ex-
I am enough.
I immerse myself in what I am doing.
5. Appreciate the people around you. Say them that you admire their presence in your life and it means a lot to you. Being validated is overly underrated.
6. Spend time with yourself, let you observe how fast your mind is running and what's it trying to say.
7. Call a childhood friend and ask them how is everything in their life.
8. Eat mindfully.
9. Try to reduce your screen time before bed and replace it with ‘Gratitude time.’
10. Last but not the least 1: Document yourself and try to capture as many memories as you wish and at the same time not to immerse yourself in camera and trying to post it in social media. Not everything needs LIKES some needed to be PERSONAL and SPECIAL.
